What is Health Coaching?
Health coaches create a partnership with their clients to empower and support them to make positive and lasting lifestyle changes to achieve optimum health over time. Coaches listen, mentor, inspire, guide and motivate their clients to cultivate these changes and achieve their desired health goals.
Group health coaching sessions are intimate and informative. The group coaching model allows for a built in community that is not only supportive, but also normalizes the common struggles we all face when creating new habits over time. You are not alone!
All programs are held online via a zoom chat room which allows you to participate with convenience, and from the comfort of your own home or on the road. This format allows access to coaching in a more affordable way where you will not only learn from your coach but also from each other.
Choose from the programs below and join the conversation where together we will strive to create healthier habits over time. Each week there will be a short education segment on the specific topic with handouts, followed by an open conversation among the group.
